You may upload the original adopt file to your main page, however it is the only art of the character drawn by me you have permission to upload. Every extra must only be shared by my original post.You must always credit me for my art when reuploading.You may upload all art to Toyhouse/Unvale/VGen/Other character sharing sites with credit to my accounts, linked below.
I do not expect you to credit every time you draw the character, however on your first post outside of the original image I would like to be credited for the design.I prefer my DeviantArt linked as that is my main website, however you may also @ my other accounts.Character sharing websites like Toyhouse and Unvale are okay for you to just credit my account on the site.
I am alright with you trading the character for art/another character or gifting the character to another user. All I ask is you send me a quick courtesy message letting me know who the new owner is, I do like to keep up with the designs I make ^^
I do not accept reselling for profit with my designs. If you wish to sell, you may do so for the price you purchased it for or lower.I will only let it slide if you have drawn/purchased a good portion of art to make the value of the character worth moreLike with trades and gifting, please send me a courtesy message letting me know the knew owner.
Refunds are not accepted. When you purchase the design, they are yours.If you have ordered a custom and are dissatified with a few details, if minor, I will edit them. However large design changes will cost a redesign fee as I will have to redraw a bulk of the image.For customs, the best rule of thumb is to be specific about what you want.
Holds will only last for 24 hours.Any longer will need 20% of the payment made. I will hold for 1 week after partial payments are made. If the order is not fulfilled after the holding period, it can be extended with another 20% or it will return to the market. Payments will be returned if unfulfilled.
